Ana Paola Soto


Ana Paola Soto is a senior professional with more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, having worked in medium- and large-scale mining companies in Peru. She currently heads the Human Resources department at a company belonging to the OCIM Group, reporting directly to the General Management of Soleil Metals S.A.

In her position, she has a key role in coordinating between management and employees, driving comprehensive strategies focused on organizational development, regulatory compliance, and strengthening the work environment. Her efforts ensure the supply of suitable talent for efficient, safe operations that comply with current labor regulations.

Ana Paola is responsible for implementing and supervising processes related to recruitment, selection, training, well-being, work environment, payroll management, and personnel administration. Her leadership is characterized by a human vision, a results-oriented approach, and a solid ability to adapt to changing contexts, maintaining integrity and organizational commitment as her central focus.

She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National University of San Agustín, an International MBA from the CENTRUM Business School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and a second degree in Personnel Leadership from EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She also attended a highly specialized program in Human Talent Management from ESAN University.

Her vision is focused on building sustainable organizations with strong cultures based on values, centered around people as the core of corporate development and aligned with the demands of today’s business environment.
