Both Soleil Metals processing plants declared compliant with Swiss Better Gold Step 1

Andrés completed his higher vocational training at the Computronic Institute in Lima. He complemented my training with virtual courses in Human Management and Human Resources, which strengthened his skills in the administrative and labour relations field.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the artisanal mining sector, starting my career in 2004 in the mineral processing plant of Minera Laytaruma, a pioneer in this field. Over the years, he has acquired a deep knowledge of the sector, working directly with miners and closely understanding their needs and problems in various regions of the country, such as Arequipa, Cusco, Puno and Abancay.
His experience has allowed him to contribute significantly in different companies in the sector. he worked as Head of Stockpiling at Minera Paraíso, and later he was part of the team at La Joya Mining S.A., actively participating in the construction of its processing plant and then occupying the position of Commercial Manager.
In 2019, he joined the Inca One Metals S.A. team as Commercial Manager, working closely with the General Manager, Mr. Iván Salas. Currently, he has started a new professional stage as Commercial Manager of Soleil Metals, a company of the OCIM Group, from where he continues to contribute with commitment, responsibility and honesty.
