Cintia Riofrio


Cintia Riofrio Abarca specializes in planning, operational control, and financial management, and is based in Lima, Peru. She currently works as an Operational Planner and Controller, leading key processes related to operational efficiency, contract valuation, and budget management.

With a strong background in Business Administration from the St. Ignatius of Loyola University, Cintia has enjoyed a multifaceted career in sectors such as services, mining, and logistics. Her career includes management positions at companies such as Sodexo, where she held various positions, including Head of Contract Management & Operational Excellence, Contract Design Management Analyst, and Camp Manager. She has also held the positions of Assistant Manager of Financial Control and Management and Executive Manager of Management Control at APC Corporación, as well as Logistics Planner at Charlotte S.A. and Head of Administration and Finance at Grupo Huancahuasi.

Her experience spans everything from strategic planning and cost control to service valuation and continuous improvement of operational processes. She has led multidisciplinary teams and has been instrumental in the implementation of management control tools, budget optimization, and contract profitability analysis.

Cintia is characterized by her analytical approach, her ability to align operations with financial objectives, and her commitment to operational excellence. Her vision is focused on strengthening the financial sustainability of each project, improving resource efficiency, and generating value through rigorous and strategic management.
