Gina Pérez is a specialist in Treasury and Finance. She currently works in Lima (Peru) as Head of Treasury and Export at Soleil Metals SA, one of the subsidiaries of the OCIM Group. She reports directly to the COO and coordinates with the General Management in Peru for strategic financial reporting.

Gina Perez is a Treasury and Finance professional with more than 9 years of experience in cash flow management, banking operations and corporate finance in strategic sectors such as mining, construction and agribusiness. Throughout her career, she has stood out for her analytical skills and her ability to implement efficient financial processes that ensure the liquidity and sustainability of the companies she has worked for.

He currently serves as Head of Treasury and Export at Soleil Metals SA, where he leads the updating and presentation of financial reports for senior management, optimises cash performance and coordinates export operations and international payments. Previously, he was Head of Treasury and Exports (Inca One), where he was in charge of planning financial flows, controlling international invoicing and collections and coordinating with banks, suppliers and customers for exports. In this position, in addition to coordinating directly with the General Management and Finance Management, he designed policies and processes that strengthened the financial management of the business group. His recent experience within the sector also includes his role as Senior Treasury Analyst at Minera Titan del Peru SRL and Minsur SA, consolidating his expertise in the mining sector.

Regarding her education, Gina holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Trujillo (La Libertad – Peru) and has complemented her career with a solid specialisation in Corporate Finance at ESAN University (Peru), in key courses such as Treasury Management, Budgeting in Mining, Financial Statement Analysis and Short-Term Financial Decisions. In addition, he has reinforced his knowledge with international trainings in financial analysis and application of funds.
