Giovanni is the Marketing and Key Accounts Manager at Soleil Metals. Based in Lima, Peru, he ensures that Soleil Metals’ image and culture are communicated effectively to attract new customers and maintain long-term relationships with them.
Giovanni graduated as an industrial engineer from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and later completed a postgraduate degree in Marketing at the Business School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Giovanni has more than 15 years of experience in commercial management and operations at leading national and international companies such as Rímac Seguros, Terra Networks, Profuturo AFP, 2019 Pan American Games, and Premium Guns. This combined experience has helped him develop his skills in the areas of purchasing and general services, brand and product line management, and international relations.
At Profuturo AFP, he started in the Quality department, where he participated in the implementation of the Net Promoter Score to measure customer satisfaction. Later, due to his experience in purchasing, he was promoted to Purchasing and General Services Manager, where he improved communication and coordination between the commercial and logistics departments to ensure efficient customer service. During his time at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, he was responsible for relations between the Olympic committees and the organization, as well as for the implementation and management of the service center. At Premium Guns, he handled commercial management, taking charge of prospecting and brand management, as well as tenders with state entities such as the Armed Forces and Police.
In his free time, he enjoys percussion, outdoor activities, and competitive shooting, all of which require creativity and discipline. Since childhood, he has been a fan of motor sports, especially Formula 1.
