Iván Ortigas Salhuana is a professional with solid experience in business management and a strategic vision focused on the development of efficient and sustainable operations in Peru. His work encompasses financial planning, asset management, working capital optimisation and organisational structuring, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

He currently leads the overall management of the South Central Business Unit at Soleil Metals s.a., where he drives innovation in industrial services, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance. His role includes the supervision of technical processes, human talent management and the implementation of commercial strategies aimed at sustainable growth.

Iván has held leadership positions in various organizations such as Komatsu Mitsui maquinarias S.A., Distribuidora Cummins Perú SAC, Messer gases del Perú S.A. Where he has been key in negotiating with suppliers, managing institutional relationships and implementing technical solutions tailored to the needs of the Peruvian market. His approach combines a strong results orientation with an ethical and professional commitment.

He has two postgraduate degrees, one in Senior Management, and the second in Sales and Marketing Management, which has allowed him to integrate technical knowledge with business management skills. His experience positions him as a reference in the sectors where he has worked such as Telecommunications, Mining, Oil & Gas and Agroindustry, being regularly invited to participate in technical and business dialogue spaces.
