José Dávila is responsible for Logistics and Administration at Soleil Metal S.A., the Production Business Unit of the OCIM Group.
José has extensive practical experience in manufacturing and companies under financial stress. He develops a strategic vision aiming at the efficiency and effectiveness of the production units.
He leads the incoming and outgoing supply chain in the operating units, the administration of the camps and the management of the Treasury; in coordination with the Production, Finance and Human Resources areas.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia (UBC, Canada) and is an Administrator from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
He is passionate about sports including sailing, marathon and road cycling, as well as reading historical novels, especially about Imperial Rome.
His vision: to bring Peruvian gold to the world, and progress to the communities where it is extracted.
