Franco Arista holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the National Agrarian University La Molina (UNALM) and a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Sciences from the same institution. He also holds an International Diploma in Mining Business Management from ESAN and a Tech MBA from UTEC. In 2024, he completed the executive program Leading Digital Transformation at IE Business School in Madrid.

He has more than fifteen years of experience in responsible artisanal and small-scale mining in Peru. In his current role, he oversees the sourcing of gold-bearing ore from the ASM sector and the strengthening of partnerships with formalized producers in southern Peru, contributing to the operational growth and consolidation of Soleil Metals’ integrated supply chain.
